Less than 24 hours after getting my car back it was not driving properly very shaky. On the third time driving my car after repair I noticed that it was leaking a fluid from the bottom and would seem as if it wanted to cut off. Which was not happening prior to going in for repair. I immediately contacted crash champions thinking they may want to check and make sure they screwed any caps on correctly or nothing was punctured during repair. I was told “ well you can pay for a tow to Bainbridge from Cleveland and pay us for a diagnostic test if it’s something we missed we will fix otherwise you will have to pay for a tow to another repair place” Now I have to go through contracting an attorney and the claims adjuster. Why wouldn’t you want to assure that your company didn’t miss something there is no coincidence that the car is leaking 24 hours after driving when the company had the car for 30 days.

Very smooth transaction. Dropped car at satellite near my home, they picked me up for rental car and I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked my car up. Car looked brand new.

I don’t usually write Google reviews, but this company deserves much kudos for their prompt customer service and excellent reception desk. Dorothy was professional, as was the staff who helped replace the window control on my car.
I am impressed, as it’s hard to find staff who welcome you and serve so well! Keep up the excellent work!

The employees were all so wonderful! , the office area is clean and organized. They kept me up to date on everything in such a timely manner. The process was smooth as could be and the work is also amazing. The car looks great!!!
