Found a 2015 Jeep Renegade and my daughter loved it. Test drove it but it needed brakes and there was a banging on passenger front when you go over bumps (linkage?). I told him car was at the max price we could pay and we would take it if the brakes were done and the banging fixed. Guy said deal. Came back 3 days later and I noticed the rear rotors were the same but the fronts were done, drive it and the brakes were fine, and the noise was gone (I was fine with 2 of 3). He said they replaced the sway bar linkage. Ok - bought the car. 3 weeks later noise is back. I called and he said that they replaced the linkage but bring it out and they will take a look. Instead I went to Conrads (2 minutes from me instead of 45 minutes). Conrads checked, said it was the linkage AND said „there is nothing new under there“ (referring to the passenger side front). So instead of 2 out of 3 - it was 1 out of 3 (front brakes) and $300 to Conrads to fix the noise. Fidelity did say „well this wont leave me making much on this car“ when we bought it - and I get that. But dont make the deal if you cant live with the deal.
In fairness - Fidelity did offer to look at the vehicle and asked me to drop it off. However, I decided to take it to a different shop to verify the original repair had been done. When they said it was not a new linkage I did not feel confident going back to the dealer and had Conrads fix it instead. I like the guy from Fidelity - great guy and I was thankful he met the price I needed. But I opted to have it fixed locally with a warranty as opposed to a long drive out of town.

Had a really good experience with Fidelity Auto. Bought a car 4 months ago and haven't had any problems with it. Staff and salesman were friendly and straightforward. Received a call a couple of weeks after the sale that they were sending the title. Got the title a few days later. If you detest buying cars like I do, I'd recommend giving them a try. Very reasonable to work with.

Do not use - Untrustworthy
Purchased a Jeep here in what seemed to be good condition, however within weeks of driving it off the lot I had a check engine light come on and since then I've had a myriad of problems ranging from fuel injectors breaking to the shifter failing and a handful of other minor issues, over a half dozen times in a shop or dealership in all within a year of purchase. Seems to me they got everything visible looking good to pass an initial inspection (which I had done at a third party site) while the car had a ton of issues under the surface they intended to pass on to a new buyer.
There's been too many issues with it for me to see this as anything other than bad business, either they lied to me about the condition of the car or their mechanics are completely incompetent. Either way, avoid these guys and look anywhere else.

So I purchased a vehicle from Here and let me start by saying Joe is a nice guy. Unfortunately the car I bought had motor issues in less than 6 months. I tried seeing if a trade was possible, but I was told no because of the issues. I’m now without a car and it only took 5/6 months and I’m still paying on it. I wouldn’t recommend Fidelity auto and if you do go just get more info on the vehicle.
