Cute little small town book store. Great variety of books available. Clearance section in the back has heavily discounted books as well. Cute selection of puzzles and toys also available for the younger readers. Love that this book store has multiple floors. This place is definitely a hidden gem in the city!

If you like quaint, small, local bookshops with character; this is a great one. There are many books, and if they don't have the title you are searching for, they will order it in for you. If you just explain a little bit about a book, and are unsure of an author or title, they will assist you straight away. You can get lost in this shop and find a card, stationery, journal, new fiction and non fiction best sellers, calendars, and more. There are beautiful journals, humors fun books, autographed copies of titles by local authors, and sturdy canvas book bags. If you wander up the charming wood stairs, you will find a darling area above the lower level with fun books and gift items for kids from babies to teens. Need a required reading book for English class? It's here. Need a unique card for someone that is original and unique -- it's here too. They will gift wrap your items as a complimentary bonus. There is also selections of used books which I love to look thru. Here is a photo of a children's book I discovered called Escargot. It is unique finds like this that make Fireside Book Shop a hidden treasure.

This place was SOOOOOO cool!
There were so many unique cards, games, jigsaw puzzles, books, bags, and gifts! I was expecting just a bookshop but this place was so much more than that! Great service, good prices, I spent a long time and a surprising amount of money but I felt like I got a really good value of a lot of interesting items.
Highly recommended!!

I always love visiting Fireside Bookstore when I'm in Chagrin Falls. A lovely atmosphere, good selection of books, and welcoming and helpful customer service.

My husband introduced me to this bookstore when we first started dating and I fell in love. Any time I am in Ohio I always try to make a trip to it. I can't help but leave with an armful of books and they carry some of my favorite cards. They have a wonderful diverse children's section and really a little bit of everything. The staff are very kind and helpful as well. It truly is a unique bookstore for book lovers of all sorts!

Rude staff who blatantly ignore you. I was shopping for puzzles that are next to the check out counter and clearly struggling to reach them. All three associates were standing at the counter talking to each other, completely unaware of what's going on in the store. While checking out, the associate throws my card back on the counter instead of just handing it to me. Extremely unwelcoming environment. They have a decent selection, but their lack of customer service deters me from shopping there again.
