Every time I go into this wonderful shop, I have the best experience maybe ever in a retail location. The service is spectacular and I've been able to select the perfect gifts for my wife and daughters with their staff's amazing expertise every single visit. Guys, if you're looking for outstanding gift ideas especially when it comes to women's cloths, there is no better place in Northeast Ohio. When my girls open the box from Haven, it's always an "oh wow" moment. Their location is an "oh wow" moment for me because I love visiting Chagrin Falls. It truly is the perfect store in the perfect location.

The cloths here are darling. They are nicer quality and there are two great dressing rooms where you can get things on. I have walked in here a bunch of times but never bought anything. Then today, I saw a final sale White Lether jacket that was a great price and I had to get it. The not great part was the one young lady store worker who helped me. She was condescending when I said I didn't need a receipt, and said, "well this isn't the gap! The owner won't email you anything that's not the receipt." I was pretty startled by the interaction as I just wanted to get the jacket and get out of there. It quickly made the exciting experience of getting a cute item not so pleasurable. I loved the purchase, but a little hesitant about returning due to the poor customer service that was provided in such a short time exchange.

I had the most wonderful experience at Haven. The clothing is of great quality and the accessories are beautiful! Cori made me feel welcome. She was so friendly and helpful. I live an hour and a half away - but will happily make the trip back. It is one of my new favorite places to shop!

Seriously, one of the most original boutiques in the Cleveland area. Haven always has the best curated selection of clothing and accessories. I always try to stop in when I visit Chagrin Falls. The owner is always so friendly and knowledgeable about trends. I would recommend anyone to stop in and give it a look.
