As a longtime admirer of Hermès, I knew I had to stop at Cuffs when visiting the Cleveland area. My expectations for the store were pretty high—and I was blown away. It is truly a special place.
I wish I remembered the name of the lovely lady I spoke with, because she was incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about the rich history of the brand. To be honest, I’m not at a point in my life where I can afford Hermès, but I deeply appreciate the brand. I’ve been in numerous boutiques, and while beautiful, the interactions I’ve had with sales associates have often been ice cold.
Cuffs felt more like visiting a wealthy relative’s house, where they let you go through their closet—and I mean that as the highest compliment. It’s warm, inviting, and there’s zero pressure.

Such a wonderful staff at Cuffs. I was looking for a very specific Hermes belt for my wife's birthday. I called the store and they couldn't have been any nicer. They took several pictures of different color variations to make sure I found the one that I wanted. Placed the order on the phone yesterday and had the belt in my hand today. Look forward to doing more business in the future with Cuffs.

Just off the Main Street in charming Chagrin Falls is an amazing boutique, Cuffs Clothing. When you enter the historic brick building you will be impressed by the gorgeous selection of luxe men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, accessories and fragrances, as well as a finely curated selection of wines.
The selection of high-end items was impressive, and the whole experience is made extra special by the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly associates. They’re so welcoming and helpful and will help you to find something special you won’t find in other places. Cuffs is a several hour drive for me, but I look forward to another visit soon.

Truly one of the best places I've ever been! I stopped by while visiting Cleveland with my kids and the staff could not have been more friendly!! They had exactly what I was looking for (including a bag I had been trying to find for nearly a year!). They were even able to ship back one of the purchases so that I didn't have to carry it back in my suitcase! Our Uber back to our hotel broke down in the parking lot and the owner of the store came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help. He invited us back inside to wait and we had the nicest conversation about a mutual place we both enjoy to vacation. This is what every store should be, but it is hard to come by these days. Knowledgeable, friendly staff with an incredible selection! If you visit Cleveland, Cuffs should be your first stop!

Had a great experience at Cuffs. Zack was extremely helpful in recommending a present for my wife. Didn’t have enough time when I was there to browse everything. Will definitely be back to do that. Cuffs has a nice selection of everything from wine to clothes and more.

They never try to sell you something you don’t need/want. Purely there to help make a experience that could be a bit daunting a little bit less scary and easy.

Cuffs is a gem. My husband's Hermes tie needed repairs and I found Cuffs through Hermes. I was wonderfully impressed with their service, kindness and generosity. Thank you Zach!

Stopped in while in the area on business. I was running low on one of my trusted Aēsop products and Cuffs is the only retailer in NE Ohio who carries it. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to browse because Cuffs has a great selection of footwear, apparel, and home accessories. I'd like to address one of the other reviews with claims that they did not receive acceptable service due to their race. As a Black man, I usually enter high-end retailers in the US and abroad extremely guarded due to numerous experiences of profiling and unfair treatment. At Cuffs I was treated very well. The sales associate was warm and attentive without being intrusive. I wish I could remember her name. When I'm back in Cleveland I'll definitely carve out more time (and room in my luggage) to shop for a Hermés scarf and cashmere blanket my wife has been hinting at.
