Nicole is AMAZING! I’m a longtime JR customer and adore the staff. They are all so talented. I’ve used Nicole’s hair coloring services at the Hudson spot and decided to take a trip out to Chagrin Falls for a much needed color refresh. Outstanding work! She spent time reviewing my needs and did exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier. She is so so good with color!

Brittany Ferraro has been doing my hair since I was in high school. I have extremely long hair that is notoriously hard to deal with for stylists. When I began going to Brittany, I had been having my hair bleached for 4 years and had gotten it dyed back to my natural color (dark brown). A few weeks after I had gotten it dyed back, the color turned greenish and was not what I was looking for at all. A friend of mine recommended Brittany to me and she has been amazing. I won't let anyone else touch my hair at this point. I trust her completely and always walk out feeling beautiful. She is amazing to talk to and I have walked out of every appointment with a smile.

all the stylists vape in the salon. After 2 years and thousands of dollars spent there, Brittany canceled all appointments because of high school drama, and her cheating. very sad.

I don't go to the salon very often but I've been to this one 3 times and have had an amazing experience each time. Two of the times I went it was to donate my hair. Cut and color for the other time. This most recent time, Ashley was my stylist. She did an awesome job and I have plans to go back to see her soon.
