I have purchased a television and Sonos System at Lowe’s and I will be a loyal customer forever!! I had always purchased at large stores like Costco in the past thinking I will save money but that was not the case at all. Lowe’s offer competitive pricess and the quality of inventory and customer care is the reason I will always shop here! I am technologically challenged senior citizen and everyone is so helpful and for a small fee they will deliver and install even a very large TV.
The owner Kevin, his dad Bob and the technician s are excellent at what they do and I have called and asked for help and received help always. That will never happen at Costco! Thank you everyone at Lowe’s!

Just purchased a TV and soundbar from Lowe’s. Same price as the big box stores but they are much more knowledgeable and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend, support local!!

Lowe’s is the best! From helping to pick the right products to their professional service, delivery and installation, just top notch. If you’re buying TV and Audio from a big box store, stop! Lowe’s has the same pricing but trust me, Kevin and Brian blow them away on service, support and product knowledge.
