UNRESPONSIVE! Forget considering this vendor. Impossible to get in touch with unless you just go there. It’s a 1-man show without any customer service. Charges premium rates without flinching.

Mark was amazing. We needed our brakes done, and he even cleaned and serviced our existing calipers rather than just replacing them, to save us money. Mark is more than a mechanic. He treats his work and his customers as a calling. Mark is honest and treats people the way he would want to be treated. We can't say enough good about meeting Mark. He is an exceptional human and a blessing on this earth. Thank you, Mark! We're so glad we met you.

Bought a 2018 Toyota Camry 9 months ago and was using the dealership initially for services; until they said my brake pads and rotors needed replaced.. I got a second opinion through Mark and he said I was fine for another 10k miles, my thoughts of the dealership trying to charge me for b.s repairs was confirmed.I will definitely be returning for future services because I trust a mechanic who will be honest with you over making money doing a service that isn't necessary yet.
