Arrived at 7:15pm and was refused to be seen. Closing time was 8pm on Google. No other patients there. NP states she had a full schedule and last appointment was at 7:20. It was prior to 7:20 and no other patients there.

This was a very bizarre experience. The “providers” saw my husband, but then they were standing around and chatting or wandering around the store. When we asked about when my son would be seen for his for walk-in, since we had signed up for a walk-in visit for him, they said they were waiting for other patients (gave me a nice lecture on what “walk in” means, lol) and then went into their little rooms and closed the door. No other patients arrived, yet they would not see us. I guess that’s one way to get paid by CVS and not have to work a full schedule or actually help patients. Better off going somewhere else.

The Nurse Practitioner who saw me was absolutely excellent! She was very thorough in reading through my medical history to determine the course of action for me. I highly recommend this CVS Minute Clinic.

Poor check in process, get corporate call center if you call in and they are very unhelpful

In the check in I gave my insurance info and agreed to pay what I expected was a copay. The nurse practitioner explained that this would be covered by my insurance and I was fine with this, knowing about what would be a normal $10 copay. This was not the case and the MinuteClinic charged me as if I was an uninsured patient. When I asked a few days later why I was charged $140 for the service there was no help at the clinic itself so when I called the phone number I received 40 minute wait times and little help at all. This is a lousy way of doing business and plan to keep pursuing getting my money back if only for the principle of how you should treat others

They'll let you book an appointment for a physical for your child but tell you when you arrive that they do not do school age children under 12

Truly mediocre care by a nurse practitioner who is forced to follow a decision tree and not think. You get what you pay for. I've gone there twice and have dropped more at their pharmacy than necessary, receiving drugs that I ended up throwing away after seeing my real doctor.

Refused to see my son after he drove 40 minutes to get there and the guy in front of him took 15min+ signing in and even though the computer let my son sign in the staff refused.

My visit w/ Jennifer Hall NP was exceptional. She was warm, knowledgeable, engaging, answering all my questions about the flu vaccine as well as Covid19 booster vaccine. She also made recommendations for me to consider for a referral when I next see my dermatologist. We had an in-depth discussion on tri-valent vs quad-valent flu vaccines. I highly recommend Ms. Hall and am grateful for my visit with her.

Went in here beginning of September, 2019 for what I thought was bronchitis. Ended up getting medication for bronchitis and then ended up in the emergency room a week later when my symptoms got worse. Misdiagnosed would be an understatement when you end up having lung cancer and a collapsed lung. Would not recommend for anything possibly serious. If you don’t know it’s a broken arm or food poisoning, stick with the local hospitals for accurate testing.
