Have been trying to put together an EOS mattress DIY….. would like more info….. but getting someone to call you back is between slim and none….. either business is so great they don’t need more…..or company not around for much longer…..either way…… NO ONE ever calls you back….. 3 times I tried….. hope you have better luck than me……great product….. horrendous customer service……… after speaking with JC….. and figuring out my situation…… I am changing my review to a solid 5…… fantastic response…..helpful in every way….. thank you JC……..

I get migraines really easily. When I realized I needed to buy a mattress last year, I was worried about getting a mattress with materials that would take a long time to off-gas and would trigger the migraines. So I spent the extra money and got a Naturepedic. It was absolutely the right choice.

Kids nowadays are exposed to all kinds of things that may not be good for them, at least when it comes to their mattresses. I know they are getting the best quality sleep on their Naturepedic mattress, which is non-toxic and free of harmful chemicals and questionable materials found in other similar products. The Naturepedic website also had so much information about how to make sure you get non-toxic and safe products for babies. A+++

The following is just my view(s) and/or opinion(s). Had a horrible experience. Was debating between this and ******* and another organic mattress. Chose naturepedic. Labor Day sale, I thought I was saving a bunch of money. They chose not to ship my item and requested personal information from me. I tried to get my item and waited months, they ended up canceling my order. Why would I get my order cancelled if I don’t send personal information about myself?

- Mattress is decent 6/10 - Foundation is truly junk. Cheap wood from Home Depot which cracks and creaks under any weight. - Communication is terrible. You order a mattress and one day months from now it arrives. - Shipping is terrible. Takes far, far longer than promised. I understand covid delays but in October 2020 a company should not promise two week delivery and take six weeks.
