I came to “Past Meets Present” expecting an antique store, that’s what Google maps said they would be. They are not that at all, but I don’t think they’re trying to be. I would classify it more their store as a bespoke, luxury boutique, catering almost to the “old money” aesthetic. I may not be using the correct words to describe this aesthetic, I am not the target demographic and I am not “in” on what terms would be used. But their aesthetic is clearly very curated, as are the items they sell.
The collection reminds me of my grandmother, it is warm and makes me happy in that way. But it is also very disconnected from how I would choose to style myself or what I choose to buy. “Past Meets Present” is not for everyone, but it is very well suited for those that would enjoy it

The store is exquisite! Truly breathtaking atmosphere and the inventory is unlike anything you will ever see anywhere else. After travelling the country for quite some time, I have yet to find a special place like Past Meets Present.The staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and helpful to say the least. Each individual item within that shop is pristine and has a story to tell, and the entire staff can speak to that! Truly a blessing to have such a gem like Past Meets Present in town.Perfect location for gifts of any occasion, artwork and decor, the most incredible jewelry you will ever see, and let's not even begin on the apparel. Please visit the shop, you will never be disappointed!!

Don’t get me wrong it’s a very nice set up the people are really nice in here but the prices are outrageousYou can find the same exact jewelry at the antique mall for a fraction of the price for example there’s this gold filled bracelet they’re asking $200 for it the same exact gold filled bracelet at the antique mall $18.00

Past Meets Present is a wonderful luxury boutique with everything from vintage to new and consignment goods of all decades. Mostly women’s, some men’s. The owner, Preston, hand picks all of the clothing, jewelry, and accessories that she sells. The ladies that work there are lovely and attentive. Stop by for the experience and you may end up leaving with a nice fur coat or a Chanel bag. Highly recommend if you are in the Chagrin area.

I have been into this store and almost all the others around the east side of Cleveland and I would be interested to here from someone who thinks there is a better curated vintage shop than Past Meets Present. I have purchased for many friends and family in this store as well as buying my last fur coat there and have gotten more compliments than I can count. I also have friends from Cleveland, Chicago, Miami and LA who have all bought from the store with nothing but rave reviews. Items from the very affordable to the most rare pieces you can find(all without the snobby attitude) Mostly women's pieces but occasionally men's as well. Highly recommend.

I found this place off of Main Street two years ago. What a find! Beautiful antique items and a lot of "new." Now I take my pilgrimage every year at Christmas time to that shop to find just the right gift for my my staff and family members. The owner, Preston Beck, is exquisite as is her staff. They are so knowledgeable, and helpful. If you don't want help, off you go. No noses in your shopping. If you want help, they will give you TIME. In fact, I found a beautiful necklace for my secretary - oh I paid for it, but she wouldn't give it to me just yet because the clasp was a bit off. She's fixing it. This is an A + classy store that will not fail you. And they will work with you in terms of price and payment. This is a must find.

This vintage store had a great selection of pieces ranging from jewelry to furniture. I went in looking for leather and walked out with a great vintage jewelry box. The ladies there helped me with all my questions. Will definitely be returning.
