Petitti needs to improve their perennial and shrub selection. They are not innovative and carry quite a few old selections that are not interesting and perform well. The perennials are generally not grown vey well from their own production. A manager at Bainbridge told me they bought Klyn Nursery who has been innovative, however the retail Petitti stores "probably will not offer most of Klyn's new selections". Boring, not innovative!

We love coming here, as well as our corgi ? It's become a bit of a weekend ritual over the last few months. Coffee, pups, garden center...
Unfortunately, our great experience has come to an end. Over the last 6 months or so, a woman there working near the front always seems extremely annoyed that we're there. Quite honestly, it adds stress in what is a zen place. She always acts surprised by us as if it's the first time she met us near the register. Every other employee acts the exact opposite and greets us with open arms and gives the pup a pet.
Last week, we went for some of the sales, and I thought we may have been overcharged, so we went back to check it out. Turns out there was a finer print under the fine print, which to a customer wasn't fair. The sign states the sale in two ways and contradicts itself. Be greedy and keep the $50.
Anyways, I'm over that part. However, the lady at the front never made eye contact with us and was strictly financial. Not even a hello. Made us feel unimportant and stupid for inconveniencing her. She makes it uncomfortable for us to go here with her passive-aggressive behavior. We'll take our $300, sometimes more, a week sale somewhere that is more comfortable and affordable. She doesn't have the customers' best interest, and it's a huge turn-off to regular returning customers.

While they have a vast inventory of live plants, their prices are higher than virtually every other greenhouse I've visited. Also, despite the size of the store, they don't carry drip-irrigation supplies and when I asked three team members if they did, none knew for certain if they did.

Love this place. The variety of plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, outdoor furniture, home decor and gift ideas is amazing. Not the cheapest place but the best for good quality stuff.

They don't care about future customers, i.e. someone who interviews and does not get a response. Rude!
