Wiper blade broke in half during this most recent snow storm, drove down there on my way to work on a whim hoping they could replace it before work. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful. Had me in and out with new wiper blades installed. Great service 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing service every time I've had to come here. Today, late, on short notice they repaired a tire...on the eve of a holiday weekend within an hour of closing! Steve saved my weekend! I called an hour before closing and he said bring it in. Literally met me outside as I pulled in. First class.
If you're in Chagrin Falls and not coming here, you're probably going to the wrong place.

Very thorough work and well priced! Appreciated their knowledge, expertise and honesty.
They were able to fix my brakes and found the issue after the dealership told me my brakes were fine.
I am happy to have found a local shop that I can trust and have recommended them to friends and family.

This local business has taken care of all of my car maintenance and repair needs for as long as I've lived here. From the big things (like tires and brakes) to the little things (like changing out my key fob batteries, and filling my tires in the cold weather so I don't need to get out); their customer care is friendly and helpful and their service is excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I own a bunch of vehicles and I have worked on a wide variety of vehicles. Older, newer, luxury, and even demolition derby cars. But after chatting with Steve about all of his automotive experience, he has completely blown me away and I trust him to take care of anyone's vehicles, especially my loved ones. I would recommend looking somewhere else for your vehicle needs. Tried to charge me $405 to install a new tire, and when I checked the original place they were installed 1 year ago in PA, I was able to buy the tire for $160. Called back to see if they would install the tire after I picked it up and they then told me that they wouldn’t install it now because it wasn’t purchased through them after speaking to them on the phone. New to the area and it’s sad because I heard this place was great….

A rude gentleman runs this establishment. After having more than a thousand dollars worth of work done, he refuses to stand by it, does not respond to emails, when he does respond, it is rude with laughably bad grammar. I walked into the shop today and was flabbergasted by lack of human decency, there was not even a veil of politeness. After a wheel alignment and an A/C recharge, the car is still pulling to the right and the A/C is still blowing warm air. He refuses to look or do anything about it. It is extraordinary that he is in business. I highly discourage using their services.Services: Auto battery replacement
