I crossed paths with Professional Building Supply at the home and garden show and found Brandon and team to be extremely engaging and very helpful. I was able to work with them to get exactly what we needed for our new room, and it turned out spectacular! The team was very responsive and helpful with questions that we had and I would absolutely do business with them again.!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Thumbs up to Brandon and everyone on his team.
After having a big issue with new Pella windows, we got new windows through PBS. Everybody involved from measuring, finalizing, ordering, installation, after care, accounting, very pleasant transaction. There were some issues on the manufacturer side and there too, together we worked through this. Highly recommend PBS, wonderful team! Special thanks to Ora who did the after care, very knowledgeable, pleasant and best communication! Thank you PBS, next job is in cue!!!

The people + teamwork @ Progressive Building Supply set the tone for our overall experience. From the initial design & discovery phase to the completion of our project, their integrity, creativity, & responsiveness exemplified what customers deserve and what we received. Leadership is important and Brandon continues to showcase that he truly cares about his customers, service, and relationships. Icing on the cake was the cleanliness, pristine appearance of the working area.

Ora Summerfield just came out and fixed my 3 French Doors and one window. He was very efficient, polite, nice and answered all my questions. The best part is he fixed everything for a reasonable price.

if there were 6 stars I would give it. They where on time very, efficient, except for a short break for lunch, they were nonstop for the full 8 hrs for the 3 days they where here.
The crew put drop cloths down on the traffic areas and on the furniture. Cleaned up when done like they were never here.
Cant say enough.
I think I'm going find that the quality of the windows are going to be the same. Thanks to all JIM&CINDY
PS I might add the sales rep checked in every day to see if we were pleased with the progress an the end results.

Over the last 37 years, we have had many contractors in our home for various projects. The Progressive window replacement crew was by far the most pleasant, professional, skilled, thoughtful and polite ! Tim, Logan and Justin respected our home and its contents while carrying heavy windows up our steep steps over and over. The quality of their workmanship was also top notch. We will highly recommend Progressive Building Supply to our friends and family.

Highly recommend PBS! My entire experience from start to finish was a 10/10. Cabinets and window were both delivered quickly, the team was professional/kind, and everything looks great. Tom was an expert and provided white glove service. I'll definitely be using Progressive Building Supply for any future projects.

If I could, I would give 10 stars to Progressive Building Supply. I am working with a contractor (for remodeling of my condo)who used this company for my new windows and doors. Yesterday, my Marvin Essential windows were put in. They are beautiful. When I first met with Travis, the sales person who was helping me (also, a designer from my contractor was with me), he was very personable and had set up several samples of the different windows that I might be interested in. He was always available for additional questions.Logan and Justin put in the windows. They were very friendly, efficient in their work, and answered any of my concerns. Also, I met Tim who oversees this team and he had the same characteristics as Logan and Justin. For your future window and door needs, don’t look any further. Progressive Building Supply is your answer. I found Progressive Building Supply to be a very customer focused honorable company and I highly recommend them.
