I have been working out at RIPT for over 2 years and really like the convenience of the location, the fat burning workout's, and the professionalism of the staff - especially Mike, Katie, and Cassie. I am in such better shape than I was two years ago and they have been ready and willing to help with any part of a transition - both nutrition, weight lifting, and understanding the best cardio. This place is a local gem.

RIPT fitness and all the coaches are wonderful! Great group of people who really know what they are talking about and truly care about the clients. Highly recommend checking out the facility in Chagrin Falls or the Online Personal Training!

I randomly stumbled across the RiPT program at the top of the year and can honestly say it has been one of my best decisions of 2023! As a former college athlete, I was concerned about jumping back into workouts and meeting expectations but the trainers have been patient, encouraging, knowledgeable and inspiring!The gym is always clean, operates up-to-date equipment, tech/apps, and there is a constant glass-half-full infused with a "you can do it!" vibe. The workouts are intense yet concise such that I saw results not only in my RiPT fitness workouts but also in my body, mind, sleeping habits and other extracurricular activities. The program has been ideal for me as there are several options to fit my lifestyle, so that I am able to ensure I make time to workout.I recommend the RiPT program to people of all levels of fitness, age groups, and demographics, regardless of your goals. If you want a great workout in an encouraging atmosphere.... look no further!

Ript Fitness is awesome! Lost 12 lbs and over 5 inches in just 8 weeks. The trainers are great and workouts high energy. 45 mins goes by fast.

I joined RiPT 11 months ago. I loved the workout from day one. I worked with one of the health coaches to help educate me about food choices to help fuel my body properly and to help motivate me.The workouts are awesome! You will never get bored. Each day the workout focuses on a different body part (upper, lower, core, strength...). The workouts are challenging but you are able to work at your own pace and ability. You will definitely sweat and get stronger.The instructors are motivating and they make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to prevent any injuries or help you modify as needed.I think most people regardless of age or ability will love the RiPT workout!

I have worked with various coaches throughout the years, some through a gym and some remotely, and no one has put more thought, time and effort into my programming like Catherine has with RiPT Fitness. I work with her remotely and complete my workouts at home. I also video conference with her every 2 weeks to check in. She is the first coach I've worked with that understands the importance of balance. She focuses on both my mental AND physical well being in order to achieve my goals. This outlook makes the workouts and things we track completely customized to my life style which I have never experienced before working with other coaches/gyms. I know that the entire team at RiPT Fitness truly care about your well being as a person in whole.I have also taken classes at the facility and they are so much fun and motivating! You're on the move the whole time, music is bumping and all of the coaches and members are so welcoming.I'm very happy I found RiPT Fitness and will be with them for the long haul!

I have been coming to Ript for a few years now and its great! I love that classes are only 45 minutes and the location is convenient, making it ideal to get in a workout before work. I look forward to coming to class and I enjoy the variation in each class. Highly recommend! I feel so much stronger and more fit. When I go out of town I am always eager to get back to Ript!

I’ve been a member for almost 6-months now and all I can say is that I have never felt more at home in a gym! The other members are the most friendly, funny, and genuine people I’ve ever met. We joke around with each other like we’re family because we are family. The same can be said for all of the trainers. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and in 100% support of each and every members personal fitness goal.When I first joined, I felt intimidated that I’d be viewed a “certain way”. I assumed that my goals wouldn’t line up with others. I’m lean and scrawny and was seeking a trainer to help me put on 10-20lbs of weight, rather than lose weight. When I finally committed to an initial 8-week program, my trainer personalized my eating and exercise plan with my exact body type and goals in mind, using both their gym classes, combined with a few off site workouts in my home gym to accommodate my location and travel constraints. She checked in to review my notes from EVERY WORKOUT and adjusted where she saw fit. In my first 8-weeks I was able to gain just under 10-lbs in a healthy and sustainable manner!!! ??I can’t recommend RiPT Fitness enough! Sure, it’s another gym full of exercise equipment. But I guarantee you won’t find a better group of trainers or workout partners than you’ll find at RiPT! ?️♀️RiPT is special because every single person there is competing with themselves to be better every single day. Not just in fitness, but all aspects of life. Through victories and setbacks, we all push hard together, we all workout together, we all laugh together, we all encourage each other, and we all get RiPT together!!! The energy and enthusiasm is just contagious! ??♂️I can’t believe I waited so long to pursue a healthier lifestyle, and I’m kicking myself for not finding a support team like RiPT sooner to help me achieve my goals. If you’re waiting for another day to start investing in yourself, DON’T! Come get RiPT with us! ? Can’t wait to see you there ?

RiPT FITNESS is different from your typical gym! There is no sitting on equipment and playing on your phone.RiPT motivates you to get the results you are looking for. The coaches help you with proper form during class and nutrition outside of class and help you stay on track at your speed.Classes are 45 minutes long; get in, get out, and let the coaches guide you; in as little as six weeks, you will feel amazing and sleep much better too.

Joining this gym was the best decision I made for myself. The trainers and classes are so encouraging and push you to do better every class! I’ve lost weight I never thought I would see gone and have a new confidence I thought was gone! Only regret is waiting as long as I did!

I had a great 12 week session with the RiPT team! I enjoyed it so much I signed up for a second 12 week session. I loved the personal connection of having a coach assigned to me that I could connect with 24/7 for advice, help and encouragement. They really helped me gain strength and understand what I needed to do to reach my goals. I did the remote program and they were flexible with my busy schedule and tailored my daily routine to accommodate where ever I was or what I was doing that day. For example, when I was traveling and at hotels, I would get workouts customized for the hotel gym, and if I was out on a hiking adventure, that became my workout for that day. highly recommend you give it a try!

Great progress and better programming. I came into Ript Fitness with the less heard of goal of gaining weight and muscle as I was very thin before I started with Ript. I was paired with Dustin Carnish, who is a very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful person. He helped me create goals and with his guidance I achieved so much. He didn’t just feed me information though, at the beginning I was given some reading assignments from the “Fuel Better Win Big” handbook. This allowed me to understand why I had to start eating this or measuring that, and weighing my food and checking nutrition facts and labels. I started as a 135lbs senior in high school and within the first year with Dustin I put on 50lbs of lean muscle and weight in general. I got more strong than I’d ever thought I could have been. Mentally these changes to my lifestyle, eating habits, and gym progressions I have been formed into a much more confident and happy person. I couldn’t have asked for a better result and have been working super hard ever since I finished with Dustin. Thank you Ript Fitness and Dustin Carnish for you have changed my life.
