I had a great experience at Sanity during my last visit to Chagrin Falls. I had the pleasure of meeting Isabel, the owner. She was so sweet and kind and took her time to help me find jeans and outfits. Excellent customer service, great prices, and an adorable dog (Willow!). Wish I lived closer, but glad I can shop online.
