We have used this company for extra storage and highly recommend them. It's so nice that some of them are temperature controlled and the manager is always easy to get a hold of. If you need a storage unit this is the place to call. Units are clean and they have a variety of sizes.

Had a unit for 3 years. Never missed a payment. When we were done we contacted the office. They said they were mailing a check for the deposit, instead they took another payment. Contacted again, repeatedly calling before soomeone finally answered. They again said they were mailing a check. Took another payment. We had to stop the automatic payment through the bank. They won't respond to any attempt at communication now. They owe us over $700.00 dollars. Awful business. They also own chagrin valley paving so maybe steer clear of them also.

We have been renting 2 units since 2012. We are on autopay. For the second time in 2 years we went to our units and they have added their own locks! Actually last time they destroyed our locks and cut them off! We did not get called or any notifications on why they would do this again!They apologized and blamed a glitch in their system last time. I'm embarrassed for them if this is how they run a business. We have NO issue on paying the fees but call us if the card is expired or something else might be wrong. Total lack of professionalism and I bet no one will take responsibility.

This company is completely unprofessional. We rented a unit from them for multiple years, during that time our unit along with several others was broken into. The company had a significant amount of our possessions but neglected to tell us. We only knew because we found them in the back of one of their trucks. (This is also Chagrin Valley Paving) Once we moved out I called and emailed them multiple times and no one responded until I left a voice-mail stating I had contacted my bank to dispute the rent payment they had processed. They claimed to have refunded my account and stopped any further payments. It's been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund, it is also the first of the month and I have been charged for another months rent. Again I have called and emailed and received no response. I now have to go to the bank to put a stop payment on the automatic transaction.
