Worst garage in ohio over price very rude and does not know how to handle business the correct or proper way I was rushed away to get tricked that my vehicle was fixed for tires and instead the side of my car was either hit with something or ran into something with and try to rush me out of the establishment by saying oh well at least you have brand new tires and a wheel alignment and my freaking door wouldn't close but I'm supposed to be happy about tires on a $50,000 dollar car. You people have to understand that a lot of times us harmless not knowing things customers or people come to you guys with Great hopes and prayers that we get our vehicles treated right and back to us the way that we give them to you I would never in a million years if the Earth was falling tipping to the side and only thing I can live in was my vehicle I would never ever go back and give them any of my money I just don't understand people nowadays it's really sick..

Service has degraded here. Had a few visits previously that were okay. But was definitely unhappy on my latest attempt. No useful communication from the shop about requested service or repair. Had to wait several weeks for an appointment and they didn’t even look at my car on the day of said appointment and still couldn’t provide information about requested inspection the following day.

I had a very disappointing experience with this auto shop. I brought my car in for a specific issue, but not only was the problem not fixed, I was still charged for the service. Afterward, I had to go through a legal process to get my car back. When I finally received it, there were multiple minor damages, and the car was left dirty with broken parts. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

This was my first visit to Swedish Solutions for a tune up of my 25 year old car. I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment; the quality of work and reasonable charges; and the pleasant atmosphere. I plan to return for the next tune up. No negatives whatsoever.

I always feel like I’m getting the service I need and not upsold unnecessary maintenance on my car. It’s a nice bonus that when I drop my car off, they drive me home so I can wait at home. Prices seem reasonable for the service they provide and I know that it’s done right.
