I began my search for Hunter Douglas Honeycomb shades when I spotted a shop in Rocky River, OH. Nice shop with good people they arranged a visit to my home for measurements at which point I came under the care of Timan in Chagrin Falls, OH which are closer to our residence.Today was installation and we could not be happier with the result. Our installer Jon was so well informed about not just my blinds but the entire line. I am a graphic artist = “super picky and fussy” about everything. We will be working with Timan and Jon for all our window treatments because I feel they stand behind their promise to please.

I was looking for something specific when I stopped in Timan's. Rebecca Porter greeted me and actually listened to what I wanted, made an to bring samples and at the end of the journey, I had exactly what I wanted.I am more than pleased with the process from ordering to installation. The blinds I had installed are exactly what I wanted and fit perfectly due to the care in measuring. John did the installation and it went smoothly.I highly recommend this business.

We have used Timan for window treatments in two different houses now. They are great designers, they listen to what you want, and suggest accordingly. Their installers are safe, quick, friendly and efficient. The finished product is beautiful and functional. I highly recommend them!

We had Timan put up window treatments in our new home. Adam came out and measured when our house was under construction. He listened to my needs and wants and was very helpful with his recommendations.Dave came out to install our shutters and blinds. He couldn't have been nicer and he did an outstanding job. He also explained how each worked and how to take care of them.We had a very good experience with Timan Custom Window Treatments and would highly recommend them. They're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!! I'm a very happy customer!

Everything about my experience with Timan has been wonderful! Rachelle listened to my requests and suggested a very beautiful and functional custom shade for my new patio sliding door. The communication throughout the entire process has been excellent. The installer, John was extremely professional and efficient. The online payment procedure was easy. Our consultant Jason did an exceptional job understanding our needs and coordinating color and design, we could not be happier with the end result. I was searching to find a place to repair a HunterDouglas blind that I had purchased from another dealer who has gone out of business. Although Timan no longer repairs blinds that they do not install, the staff were extremely helpful in explaining how to access HunterDouglas repair in the future. Given that the repair was simple, the staff took care of it right then. Given this experience, Timan will be my first choice if I should need window treatments in the future.

Incredible customer service and impeccable installation. Friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent communication. They were more expensive than other options we found; however, we immediately realized why. From sales to service, they are truly exceptional. I would absolutely use them for another project, as well as recommend them to others.

This was our third time using Timan for our blinds and shades and we are again very happy with the results! Our installer, Kevin, was on time, professional, and very helpful going over all of the details of the operation, cleaning, etc. of our new blinds. And, our salesman, Jason, was very knowledgeable in helping us choose the right colors and features. He even adjusted the location of a blind we've had for many years while he was here measuring for the new ones!
