Tire sensors! Dead of winter of course. Turns out to be low pressure in all 4 tires although it tested ok for us. The guys at Transcolonial fixed us right up at...drum roll...no charge. This is why we've gone to them for over 20 years. Multiple vehicles, repairs large and small and all regular maintenance will always be done by them.

Great first experience at Trans Colonial. Dropped my truck off on a Thursday afternoon, it was diagnosed later that same afternoon, and repaired the next day. They thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and showed me the replaced parts after completion. They even made it easy for me to pick up my truck on a Saturday when they weren’t open. They also text you a detailed price breakdown of the repairs to be made, and an easy way to pay online. We will be going back in the future.

These guys are the best! They repaired a pesky leak in my car. They had to fabricate new lines since replacement parts weren't available. Quick turnaround! They have worked on my other cars, 1 of which is 50+ yrs old. Great communication. Highly recommended. Always a treat to see the cool stuff in their shop.

Spent the Morning at TransColonial while my 2022 Ram 2500 needed Service. They took my truck in at the time of my appointment and began servicing it . They discussed the required planned maintenance required for my truck and pricing before performing the work.
They’ve had the same service tech’s on the job for as long as I’ve been taking my cars and trucks there. I trust them and their care of my vehicles and you should too.

I was disappointed with the quality of the repair. Within a day of having the car back the engine light came back on. I chose to take it to the dealership instead of taking it back to Trans Colonial. The dealership informed me the new part installed was not connected properly. In addition, During the original visit to Trans Colonial I was also informed my hood latch was broken. They did not ask me if I wanted it repaired nor did they repair it. I have used Trans Colonial in the past and was satisfied. Now I am not sure I would return.
