“Such a great experience! I had a recent experience at a resale shop for kids and it was just horrible so I kind of had PTSD walking into another one. This experience could not have been better! From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and professional. They took my bins and said it would be about 20 minutes. My husband and I had another errand so we left to do that. I received a text 10 minutes later that it was ready! When we came back again the staff was friendly and professional. They gave me my bins with what they didn't buy ( I had some out-of-season items that they said to check back when they were buying) and my offer, with an itemized receipt! Cash in hand I left very pleased with the entire experience! Next time I'll make sure I have time to shop too!”

I truly felt they were there FOR me, even though I wasn’t the only one in the store. And when checking out, the sales associate made eye contact and addressed me by name! Made me feel valued and I will definitely be back!”
