Terrible service. Several times each month I get somebody else mail. The staff is unpleasant and unhelpful; management is uncaring. I now avoid it and use the Gate Mills PO, which is wonderful.

Wow such bad reviews this is one of the best post offices ever. The staff is so nice, I guess it’s cuz I see them pretty much everyday.

Spoke with Jack on the phone as we had a package that wasn't delivered. He was kind enough to research it and found the issue and told us our carrier, Julie (who we love) will be delivering it to us today. One birthday party saved!

This is THE WORST post office. I hate having to go here they are so rude, so ignorant, and do nothing to help with what you need. Always a terrible experience going here and I do anything to avoid going here, even if it's paying for shipping a second time to take my package to UPS . DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH THESE IGNORANT RUDE HATEFUL PEOPLE AND GO TO UPS INSTEAD. I'd give zero stars if I could absolutely the worst. And it's not just one employee that had a bad day, it's every single employee and it's any given day that this place is garbage terrible people with terrible attitudes. Zero zero zero stars

Terrible customer servic and the lady that was supposed to be helping me was rude and told me she could not accept my return even after I showed her that it was supposed to go to this exact store. Complete waste of time.

Lovely, clean, a table for packing with cute pens. Customer service was really good, smiley and helpful staff! Was mine and my husband's first time using this office. Very happy!

We went in to retrieve a package and Mohamed from the front desk refused to give it to us. He acknowledged he had it in the back but said that there's "300 packages or more, I'm not looking for it"

Probably the worst place i’ve ever been not even exaggerating, rude staff refusing to do their job which means i had to insist for them to check package that was there but they told me it wasn’t until i insisted on it, left my contacts for the new key because im the new owner of the place and they told me that they would contact me which they didn’t and i knew that would happened considering previous encounter, do better.

I have never been mistreated at the Chagrin Falls office.. In fact, they have helped me deal with the nightmare created when DeJoy sabotaged our system and has made it harder to get items in a timely manner.

My mail delivery and interactions with this Post Office location has always been terrific! My mail carrier does a a great job.

Front desk help always friendly & competent. (However, I do agree that sometimes the subs for our home carriers are not as precise with addresses. Also - forwarding in the entire U S has become extremely difficult.)

I just wanted to say, the front team of Star, Terrance, Alicia, and Ashley, are all amazing. I have a small business and they have always been so helpful and patient with me when I send my orders. They are all wonderful people and are so special. I am very grateful they are all here. They are also so amazing with my daughter and son.

Went online and had my mail held while I was on vacation. Got home and discovered 10 days of mail strewn all over the street. With lots of rain and snow while I was away. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. All the postmaster could do was apologize. Very frustrating!
