My iPhone 11 (don’t judge 😂) died on my flight to CLE. I was completely lost. My friend took me to Victra and Duncan was exceptional in getting me transferred to a 16 in one hour. I’m still resetting my logins, etc., but very happy to have made it through. If your phone is acting up - upgrade it soon.

Nick was absolutely wonderful. Helpful beyond words! I felt the sincerity when he said what I needed and I didn’t feel pressured, rushed, or made to buy things I didn’t need. The service was so quick and efficient and I am thrilled I chose this location to do business. I was the lucky one who got Nick for my sales rep!!

I came in a little towards the end of store hours for the day, the man in charge, Jason, was fantastic, he didn't try to rush me out, he was very kind and professional, he didn't try and upsell me anything that I didn't need, if I need anything going forward, I'll be sure to come here again

I had put off picking a new phone far too long. Marc took the time to review all possible options with me to find what would best fit my needs for my new phone as well as reviewing my data plan. I was satisfied with my choices and was glad my new phone was ready to go when I walked out the door. Thanks Marc!

The manager at this store could not have been nicer or more pleasant. I came in looking for a new screen protector, and not only did he assist me with finding an appropriate one and helping me to install it, but he also looked up my Verizon account and updated it so that I save money on my monthly bill without changing anything! A disgruntled customer came in while I was being helped and started making a fuss, and the manager handled it professionally and with such patience, I really commend him!

I had a problem with my phone and my watch not working together. I also was almost due for a new phone, cover etc. Luckily the timing was right to be able to be waited on and Nik has all the answers to send me home all updated.I appreciated he did not try to oversell me any products.

Nikoloz was so kind and got everything done as qui know as possible. He helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and wasn't pushy. They even took a deep dive into our plan to make sure we all had what we needed and what made the most sense for US. I will definitely be back when I need phones in the future!
