I just called this Autozone about needing to replace my battery and they were unable to provide any info on whether they could install a battery in my vehicle, even by knowing the make and model. For all my questions, I basically just got short, dead end answers to my questions about if they could do it and how long it might take etc. I had to drive the entire conversation and finally cut it short in frustration. Conversely, when I called O’Reilly’s, they were extremely helpful! They immediately asked year, make, and model and not only were able to tell me that they could perform the installation, but also the various battery and warranty options available for my situation, as well as the optimum times for me to visit them to streamline the installation process. With Autozone, the impression was “we may or may not be able to help you and no advice on timing; it’s a roll of the dice for you. We dont care either way” but with O’Reilly’s the impression was “Here’s how we can help and advise you and we respect your time and your business.” So not only will I not bring my business to this Autozone in the future, I will be advising others that ask to go to O’Reilly’s instead.

Stop in the Chardon Autozone and see what true customer service looks like. Scot has been a part of this location as long as I can remember. He knows the industry and always wears a smile. It’s great to know that there are genuinely good people in your corner. Above and beyond for me today, and for that I am grateful. Made my week! Thank you my friend!
