I have never cried about my hair as an adult until it was butchered by a young stylist named Simone who apparently does not cut short hair and butchers long hair with a razor instead of performing elevated layers as requested. Do not go to this salon directly after work unless you want the staff side-eyeing you in your blue collar clothes. I wrote a lengthy email detailing my experience to them and we'll see what they do with that. I cannot recommend this salon on any professional criteria including expertise, friendliness, communication, or satisfaction. In my email I also stated I do not want my money back or for them to "make it right" and I will be refusing any service offers from this salon. What has been done to my formerly long beautiful hair cannot be undone or made right without time.

staff were nice, texture and thinning was good but i asked for layers and to keep length instead she trimmed my hair too much and now my hair is messed up. was trying to clean my hair i was growing out now i gotta grow it out again

This salon is GREAT! I’ve gone to them since they were in Chardon. The salon is relaxing, beautiful, and the staff is very professional. I never know what I want done to my hair. But my stylist Liz always helps me decide on something great! I also just found out they do lash tint/lift.. so I will most def be adding that to my next service!

Wow im very surprised to see 4.9 stars. My future mother in law bought us packages for my birthday they couldn't get us in for 2 months and it was a terrible experience. They rushed us through and couldn't do a French manicure for my nails because they didn't have time well we went up to the front and asked and they said both manicurist didn't have anyone else after us so they lied. We got a blow out at the end and my hair has never looked more flat. The girls doing out nails had absolutely no personality we would ask a question and get no response. Never have been here before and happy with my gel manicure! Other places I have been to chip within a few days cause of my work but my polish has held up a week so far ! Very happy and definitely will be back!

Have been going to this salon for almost a year now after moving to the area. I have short fine hair which is difficult to cut well. I am a bit picky about how it is cut as well. When I called the lady that answered recommended Emma. She is absolutely fantastic, I'll be quite happy if nobody else ever cuts my hair besides her. She is also great about recommending good easy to use products that fit my busy lifestyle complete with frequent travel for business. My wife also starting going to Emma and has had a number of massages here that she raves about (unsure of massage therapists name). Bottom line..,...highly recommend.

I had my first pedicure yesterday, and BellAmore was fantastic. The technician was friendly and explained everything she was doing. She answered my questions and then did a phenomenal job of making my feet presentable. I was impressed enough to book a massage for next month. Worth the visit!Service: Pedicure

I want to give the actual stylist who did my daughters hair an outstanding review as she was phenomenal, but your front desk staff really ruined the experience. Whomever the shoulder length/dark haired individual is discussing a client's personal life so everyone can hear needs to understand how 1. Unprofessional that is, and 2. What she was discussing is something you don't talk about infront of staff and other clients. While I understand everyone has their days, what she was doing just plain wrong. I feel awful for the client and what was said in her absence. This was 10/20/22.
