Chardon big lots is better place I ever shop, their items stock pretty well, quit place to shop, some items is reliable prices I bought a few furniture from them, I like to shop in big lots I hope their items remain affordable to ordinary shopper like me, it feels a lot better to shop reliable prices that affordable in your pocket. Deserve to give them a five star.

Bought my couch and entertainment center from here. The display couch was the last one they had I liked and they gave it to me. Since I didn't have the means of transporting the furniture myself they gave me a number to call (Northeast Moving) and delivered to me in a week.
All around great experience and the employees are wonderful! Nice selection too and the store is clean. I know Big Lots as a whole is struggling and I really hope this location doesn't close!

The staff couldn’t be more accommodating very friendly, took a table apart so it would fit in my car
When I got home I tried taking it out of the car and it fell from my arms and glass shattered every where and I was devastated because I was having a party the next day. The manager said bring in the frame and legs to the table and we will give you a refund. I cried and was so relieved it wasn’t a total loss. Although that was the last patio table there at least I could go and find another one.,thank you so much to the staff and manager! You saved me!

Absolutely worst shopping experience EVER. They are most ignorant and irresponsible people I met EVER. I was so pissed off, as a result I threw chair at their goods and spit at their doors, and they CALLED POLICE WHO CHARGED ME LATER FOR MISDEMEANOR. If most others have good experience at here, it is almost certain that those staff at there are racists and were being discriminative to me.

Big Lots. Much more furniture than our last visit. Picked up an outdoor rug for our front porch and puppee pads for the old ladies. This is my favorite Big Lots.

The staff was very helpful! We were trying to find a couch for my mom, which is hard for her to do while using a walker and wearing oxygen. They staff moved furniture to make it easier for her and put her at ease. It was very appreciated. Great service!
