Would never come to this location again. Tech took well over a hour to patch a tire, waiting room is absolutely freezing, checking in was long overall not happy with this service at all. Will not return.

I originally had a positive experience with Consumer Tire when they installed my new tires and performed an alignment on my vehicle about a year ago for a fair price.
During that visit, they aligned my front tires but chose not to fully align my rear due to not wanting risk further damaging a worn-down component. While they shared this decision with me, they completely failed to explain the critical consequence.
The incomplete alignment cause severe tire wear on my rear tires, and only a year later my rear tires are completely shot. I was not informed this would be the case. There was no warning from Consumer Tire or even a recommendation to it to another shop to fix the underlying issue. They were happy to let me waste my money and ruin my tires, and I'm sure they'll happily do the same for you.

Poor poor had a break Job done, caliper fell off. towed the car back lost time from work. No apology nothing over price and what about the 30 percent additional charge? The place sucks

These guys are absolutely clueless. Mac was a nice guy and all, but dude did not communicate a thing to me. Needed two new tires and the orders were wrong, no communication about it throughout. Waited 4 days didn’t hear a thing from them until I called them back myself. Guy Ordered the wrong number of tires. It was a mess.

I'm here right now as they work on my box truck. These guys are like mechanic detectives. They really try and find the issue, and no price gouging. Another mechanic told me 2 times the price i paid here. The front desk is really help and they are very nice. I'm a firm believer in a good doctor, dentists and mechanic you stick to them. BTW I drive 30 minutes away from painesville just to get my work done here.

I had Consumer Tire in Chardon perform a wheel alignment on a 2009 Subaru Legacy that I recently purchased. The front end was in good condition with no loose components, but way out of alignment. The steering wheel was off, and the car did not drive well. After aligning the car drives straight as an arrow and the steering wheel is perfectly centered. They had the best price, and soonest available appointment. I dropped my car off the night before and picked up before lunch the next day. I also received text updates and a call to let me know my car was done.
The biggest plus is they did not try to up sell me a bunch of things that I didn't need. I scheduled an alignment, and that's what ai got with no upsell. I highly recommend them and will use again.

Mac was absolutely awesome to do business with. His customer service skills were top tier and stayed in contact with me every step of the way about my sons car. I will be doing business with this company for my future tire needs. Oh, and I also wanted to mention the price was very good compared to others

I called them get an estimate on the price for brakes on my daughter’s car. A young man answered the phone. He says “we don’t give prices on brakes over the phone”. Are you kidding me? What are you trying to hide. I had been going to Consumer Tire for many years. Never again!

I have only good things to say about Consumer Tire Chardon! The technicians are amazing at their craft, and Jordan went above and beyond to get my truck fixed. He explained everything I had questions about, ordered the needed parts quickly, and provided 5-star service. I am so pleased with the great experience I had. I will be a return customer!!
