The only reason I’m giving a bad review right now is because of one employee in particular I don’t know her name, but I will try and find out because she has terrible customer service skills. My daughter an I ran in there really quickly about 7:53. We didn’t know I closed at 8 on but it did and all she wanted to get was a phone charger. I understand employees wanting to get out on time and I’m very respectful of that. We didn’t know they were closing. The employee in question decided to very rudely tell us we close in three minutes, which isn’t true because they’re open till eight and we had at least 7 minutes before close. My daughter went to get her charger then we came up front to check out. The same employee, very rudely and uncomfortably informed her that there was only one register open, and it was occupied by a customer purchasing multiple items by the way. No big deal we’ll wait. I understand they’re closing. That customer had an issue with an item. She got really annoyed with that customer and it was very clear which wasn’t her fault. Meaning the customer’s fault. As we were checking out, I could feel her staring at us very rudely. It just made me super uncomfortable because I know she didn’t want us there in the first place. We were in and out of there very quickly and they were shutting the doors before 8 o’clock and they locked them before eight. Hey, if we were coming there for browsing, I would’ve turned right around OK no big deal my bad but we wanted one thing and then it escalated the fact that she was annoyed with us even though I’m a customer and I paid to be there and you’re an employee that just wanted to leave and walk the doors before you guys were even closed. I’m very respectful, retail employee they worked it for a really long time but that was just inappropriate unprofessional and rude. I will be contacting corporate about her. I also hate the fact that I have to leave a bad review because I feel like people leave too many bad reviews and not enough good reviews. Honestly, the store is amazing. I’ve never had a problem and we still come back and shop but that particular way that I was treated and my daughter treated who is 15 by the way very uncomfortable situation. That is what made me leave this remark cause I couldn’t figure out how to contact corporate right away.

The store is always well organized even when busy. Selection is good. Staff isn't over the top friendly but they are helpful so I think that is a win.

I went in here a few times and was in admiration of how clean & organized it is !! Also love how the people working always greet you when you walk in. Good selection of things they sell, along with good prices.

This store is absolutely amazing coming me in for a good time and have fun while shopping extreamly clean awesome worker's and always people thair to help a lot better than any other teen store I've ever been to do I highly recommend going here cause it is amazing all the way around so stop in,and I now work thair and is amazing to see how it all works

Don’t come here unless you want the associates to just be sitting in the check out bag holding area on their phones. Not friendly at all. Very disappointed.
