Car wash incident
Last week went for a much needed car wash
Pulled in to where the light activates you to stop. After suds and water started I heard a thud on and off and soon realized my car was being hit by the equipment that circles the car. I thought perhaps the stop indicator was off in placing the car properly so I moved forward a little and the back with no change and the equipment continued to hit my car. At the end of the wash I got out to find scratches and two dents to my car
The manager,Lisa and washer lead came out to investigate to see my damage and it was then they noticed the issue with the equipment was disconnected on one side making it unstable
I have filed a claim and took a picture of the broken equipment
The car after me also received damage before they could shut things down
Hoping they do the right thing and repair the problem
I’ll prepare another review in the future when I can state the resolution and how get gos customer service responds

The food is always good and fresh ! Staff always helpful! Car wash is OK, good for a quick wash ! Nothing to brag about . Dryer doesn't run long enough and end up having water on vehicles. But its decent!

It has.been at LEAST 2 years and the toilet in the ladies room will not flush. Fix the toilet!!!!! You hit the button and nothing. Hold the button and nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Usually good prices, but be warned, tap to pay does NOT work at any of the pumps, despite what you will find online. Found this out the hard way when I left my wallet at home.

Poor maintenance wacko is constantly down seriously whenever you mention it to them, they say you can go to anyone I don’t live there anyone I live near this one, so I wasted my money on unlimited for something that never works. The station should be shut down.

Customer service is alright. However the car wash and air pump are constantly out of order.Also don't even bother with the wetgo membership here because out of the 4 times I have used it. The scanner has failed to read my membership barcode 2 of the 4 times so ill be canceling it. Making have to pay for a wash anyway. Complete ripoff.

Heres a tip if u see no prices posted outside on get go sign its be cause they dont want u to know there gas prices. The think once ur at the pump you will pay the price instead of going someplace e cheaper. I stopped and they were 12 cents higher than marothin just up the road. I left . Very sneaky on there part. Staw away!!!
