I have never actually been to the store, but I have made purchases through them. I bought my cub cadet mower and had it service through them all of which went smoothly, very courteous and knowledgeable about their products.

Arden at Chardon power and equipment was outstanding. I have a cub cadet series lt1054 that had numerous issues. Everything was repaired beyond my expectations. I could not be happier. It’s like a have a brand new rider. I highly recommend you give them a visit.

If they sell you a product and you aren’t satisfied with it They will try to charge you 15% to take it back unlike large dealers like Home Depot. So you’re basically bullied into keeping it unless you want to give up hundreds if not thousands of dollars Just for wanting your money back. I’ve Never had to deal with this while buying anything new in my life

Very disorganized. I know they are a huge company but I’m not the only one that’s feeling frustrated with their customer service. I’ve talked to a few other people that USED to buy things from them.

Bought New Cub Cadet after 2 uses needed Carb rebuilt got it Back 1/31/22 put gas in it won't start suppose to pick it up Monday no show truck broke said truck from other company would be here today(Tues) no show yet may have to call

I purchased a brand new Cub Cadet zero turn mower. The service here was great. Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. I was even able to get same day delivery. It's hard to find people who provide good customer service these days. This place definitely delivered. I highly recommen this shop.

Spoke to Gary multiple times trying to order a mower. He never called me back. And didnt have it on site when we agreed to pick up date. Dont waste your time. Pick another dealer.

Very poor service. In June 2022 I took a gas powered Echo string trimmer in for service because it wouldn't start. They replaced the spark plug but did not do any other maintenance. (they told me the spark plug that was in the trimmer, which had worked for 6 years, was the wrong one.) After trying to start the trimmer several times over several days, and getting it to start only twice, I took it back for service again. They said they loosened the pull rope. I tried to start it again several times over several days without success. I then checked the manual and bought a new spark plug, the size specified by the manual. When I put this new spark plug in, I saw that it was not the same size as the one Chardon Power had installed. When I tried to start the trimmer, it started with just 8 pulls on "cold start" and 2 pulls on "run", just as the manual said it should.

Not to sure if they care at all about the work they promised-threatened to sell my 2020 mower if i could not pick it up that day-it was picked up and would not start when i got home??--what a headache this place is-out 600$ plus delivery and now they wont answer my calls??--AVOID

We spent $26000 on a brand new tractor and parts two years ago, the tractor broken down multiple times during two years. We went in asked for solutions or recommendation for repair, the guy Gary said nothing they can do . I wouldn't recommend to this place. Bad product and bad service !

It's so sad, and I'm sure the Haueters would be very upset to hear, but this place has gone completely down the drain since they left. Took my zero turn in under warranty to get fixed because it kept blowing the main fuse. They said all they could find was a loose ground wire. Anyone with any knowledge of electrical at all knows that unless that loose ground wire is touching the positive it's not going to immediately blow the fuse. I miss the Haueter family. You're better off buying a lawn mower from a big box store then from this joint.UPDATE: another 5-minute investigation by me who does not work on lawn mowers discovered that the wire loom for the headlights was rubbing up against the deck belt and that's what was causing the short. Seriously people stay away from this place.RESPONSE: This was the second time this mower had been in for the same issue and they had it for over 2 weeks. They had plenty of opportunity to make this right.
