There is no grocery store that comes close to Heinens. Quality food, always clean and organized. The nicest staff ever. I wont shop anywhere else. This is Ohios hidden treasure.

Heinens never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and goes beyond, to help if you have questions or just look like you might need a little assistance. Never pushy but always helpful. The quality of the cheeses and meats they sell are the best around. Thanks for always having new and exciting things, as well as the good ole usuals!

I asked someone in the deli section a question. She gave me the wrong answer and when I clarified the question, she just pointed to the wrong place again and never said another word to me. Very rude.

It's a big huge Heinens in the middle of farm country. They have beer on tap, nice salad bar, sushi, and what looks like an eat in restaurant area. Well stocked and very friendly.
