2.5 weeks. That is how long it has taken them to fix a leak in my bathroom, that isn’t even fixed. Telling me they ‘didn’t know it was leaking when the upstairs neighbors shower’ when it was stated clear as day in the request. their first attempt at fixing it, they cut out a giant hole in my ceiling and put drywall over it. Leak came through within 3 days, they spent another week ‘fixing’ the leak and just left today after once again just putting drywall over it. It has been 6 hours since they left and the leak has ONCE AGAIN come through. If your maintenance cannot fix it, hire somebody. This should not be an almost 3 week process, FIX IT CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. Paying $1500 a month to be here when their maintenance guy cannot fix something to save his life. This is ridiculous at this point.First photo is before their fix, 2–4 are after the first fix, last 3 are hours after their second fix.Do better Integrity.

I have had a very positive experience with the Integrity Apartments thus far. The Cleaning Crew does a phenomenal job maintaining mutual spaces. The snow removal in the winter months is superb. Walkways/ parking lots are well cleared and salted. Sarah Newton the Property Manager is fantastic. Any concern is always promptly handled. Her assistance with the Move-in/ Leasing process went above and beyond my expectations. The community here is neighborly and respectful. Overall the Integrity Apartments of Chardon are a great place to live.

Snarky women working at the leasing “office” which is just a small room inside one of the section 8 looking buildings. Drive through before you even bother for a tour, the pictures online look extremely outdated.

Toilet had to be replaced when we first moved in due to rocking and not secured. Microwave was a grease pit. Paint splatters on floor. Mold around tub. Had to scrub entire apartment down when we moved in. Left it cleaner then when we arrived. People throw garbage in courtyard and it's left. We were there 6 months while building our house and had full background check. Moved in and it was a joke. Wondering how most even past their background checks. Drunks, smell of pot in the hallway. Ridiculous.

I lived at Maple Ridge for 2 years. I was very happy there. My neighbors were very nice. It was a little expensive, but it was a very friendly, safe and clean place to live.

I can’t wait to move out of this place! I live in a recently remodeled apartment in arbors of Chardon development. While they are cutely remodeled, it was cheaply done. If you don’t mind spiders, ants, mice and rats running around everywhere, then I suppose you’d like it here. I think the monthly rent is too much. They say they pay your water bill but you have to spend 4.00 dollars for EVERY LOAD of laundry. I am breaking my lease early because I can’t wait to get out of here. Also in the winter be sure to have ice skates for when you want to leave or enter the building. No one shovels or salts. My kids have gotten cut knees and hands from falls on the ice. I’ve pulled muscles catching myself before I fell. I’ve asked for it to be addressed (esp after my five year old was a bloody mess from a bad slip and fall) and NO ONE DID ANYTHING.I give two stars because my neighbors are nice, remodel is cute, and management is prompt.Minus three stars for the nasty pests I deal with on a daily basis, and overpriced, unsafe conditions.

I have lived here for 8 years. Been through 3 managers and 2 maintenance men. The team they have there now is the best. Thank you Sandy and Eugene for everything you do. Unfortunately the winter is the worst, entrance way and path to go in my building has always been a problem. Rarely is it shovels and nothing is ever salted,. I've is a huge problem. The only reason I'm moving out is due to my health and becoming a patient in long term care. I just hope they understand and don't charge me rent

I lived here for over a year now and the only thing i like about it is i can keep my dog here for a fee . And that everthing is so close . What i hate about is drugies live in are building and its horrible ive had to complaine so many times about the fights and almost hitting me with there car because they are flying throu with out lights on doing 20 over the speed limit. But apprently nothing can be done! And i just love that we have crappie snow plow guy druing winter time who ive watch just sit in his truck and do nothing for a half hour . I cant tell you how many times my car has been plowed in and no salt has been put down . Ive had to shovle off are steps to are building more then 5 times and buy my own salt so i or any one in are building dosnt fall on the steps . I also belive there should assigend parking because its not right when u shovle out your own parking spot and some one else takes it form another buliding .

The residents seem nice, but tend to keep to themselves. A great location for grocery shopping, giant eagle is next door, you can toss a rock there. Walmart is about 1/2 mile away, sheetz gas is close as well. They do allow large pets for a fee. Laundry is coin opp, can be hard to find an open opportunity to wash at times. The front door is thin and you can hear neighbors at times. Overall: comfortable living, great location. Price is a bit harsh, but good for what it has to offer.
