I am a long time customer at Junction Auto and have purchased many vehicles over the years and have used their service department as well. The whole staff is great, courteous, polite and very accommodating. I just had our Jeep in for an oil change and some other services and Greg kept me updated with status once they got it into the shop. He also made a couple recommendations which I had him take care of as well. I am very happy customer. Keep doing what you do! Thank you.

The Junction Auto Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is an asset to the Geauga County. The best car dealership I have ever encountered in my life. From its CEO, Mr. Cliff Babcock, to its car dealers to its service crew are the best ones they can get anywhere in the country. The variety of cars and trucks that they have in stock is plentiful.

It's never easy buying a car, let alone buying a car out of state as I did. However, the people at Junction Auto made it easier than I expected. There were a few setbacks along the process, but they worked them out for me. I would, indeed, recommend them for a new or used car purchase.

Was in recently for service. During a fuel system cleaning, the tech accidentally spilled gas into the venting system. They took money off my bill and gave me a free oil change the next time around. While I appreciated that. I still have to drive around for the next month or so with that smell coming through until it goes away.

My wife and I bought a used navigator off of Anthony over at the Buick and GMC side. We couldn’t be happier the whole experience was great. Anthony never made us feel pressured into jumping into anything we didn’t like he helped us find a car that fit our family’s needs. He would also always respond back with a call or text to any questions I had in a reasonable amount of time.So if Anyone’s looking for a new vehicle I would 10/10 recommend Anthony his customer service is excellent!! I’m looking forward to buying more vehicles off him in the future.

Sales sold me a extended warranty that is for Mopar service and can't be used anywhere else. I bought a F150 from them with the understanding the warranty can be used at any certified service provider. The financial person and the management had no clue and refuse to help.Dont buy a extended warranty from them it a scam
!

I have had my 2500 ram into the service department now on two different occasions, and I couldn’t be happier with the people, the work, and the overall customer service! I worked with Brandon, and most recently Ashley at the service counter and with both service writers the communication was excellent. They were both friendly and a joy to talk to, in fact all the employees that helped me, treated me with the rarely seen small town kindness, like they were helping a neighbor.
The service technicians handled everything that I asked of them quickly and without any problems!
I will only return to Junction and will highly recommended them to anyone who asks!
