Stay away from the produce or anything else that is needed to be fresh. I've found many great finds in their outlet area. Marc's is kinda like shopping in a 2nd hand store; sometimes you can find something really useful!

Went to Marc's in Chardon today for a few things. I think this visit has done it for me with Marc's, the $ you save on a few things isn't worth the headaches. Got my stuff and went up to the registers, no lights on but people in 2 lines. Got in one and put my stuff on the belt and the guy said he was closed and done after the customer in front of me. Had to pick up my stuff and went to the other line at which point the woman ringing at that register told the woman in front of me she was closed and done after the customer age was currently waiting on. The woman in front of me asked where to go as no one else there. I went up to customer service and told the guy there were no registers open, he had a line of express, he said " there are no lines open" while looking down ringing, I said look and he looked up and no register lights on and people just standing around, he mumbled "I don't care" and just went back to ringing. I was ready to abandon my cart and simply walk out when the other woman waiting told me someone was coming to open 7 and I should go get in line. Seriously at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, no registers open? Get with the times then if you can't find help and put in some self check out registers.

I like Marc's. Good prices on a lot of things from food to clothing to household goods. Fun store to look around and enjoy the day.

Alot of the employees are rude, you hardly see them smiling and to me the atmosphere is not inviting . The fruits and vegetables most of the time aren't worth buying. I do not like the Chardon store at all.

No cashiers slow. Check out the Marcs in Madison, Ohio, is much better

The staff is so kind and helpful, the products are just as good and cheaper than at walmart, and they offer touch free payment now so thats cool. store is just a little bit run down tho, not like cleaning could fix that

Store was very clean and well stocked, except for advertised specials that hadn't been delivered yet, not the stores fault. I gave 4 stars due to long checkout lines.

Good selection of products some I can’t find at other stores like Tullys Hawaiian blend coffee. Always good produce selection and employees are helpful. Lines can be long sometimes but I always go to costumer services if I have 10 items or less and there usually isn’t a line. They have good hours as well.
