Great place to go to for care. Easy to book an appointment, and the staff is always kind and compassionate. I saw Cara this time and she helped me a lot, as so did her assistant. They spend a lot of time explaining and listening.

Just a solid great job. I needed vaccine titers, flu shot and TB test and Vanessa got it all done in a heartbeat. Office was clean, and just a great all round experience.

Website says walk ins accepted. Walk in and are told they’re too busy and can come back tomorrow. There are only two patients in waiting area and an open exam room?

We use the Minute Clinic for sports physicals. The Chardon location has always been wonderful. They do a thorough evaluation. Extremely professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended
