AVOID THIS LOCATION AND SAVE THE HEADACHE!!I purchased a steering gear box yesterday. I returned my core to the NAPA Chardon location last night. Instead of giving me my core back they charged my card again for the core so now I've paid 2 core charges 285 and I've already turned my core in. The location said they can't refund my money. This is absolutely unacceptable. the store manager that was helping at the Chardon location this morning said there's nothing she could do to help. after she got upset and started crying and now I'm stuck waiting till who know when to get my money back.
