First off, that beautiful succulent New Creation Farms $25/LB, if that’s not Wagyu, then it is from the heavens, ribeye, has got to be the best I’ve had in a longtime. Med high temp pan with butter 3.5-4 mins a side and then baste with the butter. We will call it Rare ++, OMG what a cow!!
