I have had a storage unit here for 4 years or so. The grounds are kept nice. Well maintained and clean. Gated access with code access. Well lighted area. The units are dry and clean.

All of my furniture is covered in mold, papers from my daughter when she was younger are ruined..... I have a 3k leather couch covered in mold, I am not pleased.

The units are clean and look very new. The only drawback so far is that the lot around the units turns into muddy potholes of gravel in wet weather and the doors to the units are not cleared of snow. My door was buried and frozen to the ground. It also has competitive pricing with other places.
