I have been in need of vehicle repairs in Chardon for 7 years. I have been coming to QTC almost exclusively the entire time. The rare occasion I have attempted to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere; I'm overcharged and told i need something fixed when I don't. Quality Tire can be super busy at times and difficult to schedule work. The wise customer knows it's because the guy does quality work and charges fair prices. If you want a fake customer service voice to greet you at the door and then charge you ten times more for work you don't need, you can find that up the street at Chardon Square Collision. If you want quality repairs, honest diagnostics, and fair prices, go see the guy running Quality Tire Center.

They work hard and do good work but...After I bought 4 tires they charged me a surcharge of 3.5%, $21.73 for using my Hunrington Bank/Mastercard debit card. The transaction went through before I realized what happened. He said that Mastercard put that fee on. But I later called both Huntington Bank and Mastercard and was told they didn't put the surcharge on and that to do so is illegal under federal law, the Dod-Frank Act. So tire buyer beware. I plan to report this to the FTC.

We had new back tires out on our classic car and he did them that day. Some people are making comments about the owners gruff attitude but he is actually very nice. Hes not there to make you all warm and fuzzy, he's there to fix your car! So if you get offended then just don't go there. We had great service and they did this work on en extremely hot day! We will be back!

Called and asked a question about getting new tires for my vehicle told me it was too hot outside and he was not checking for sizes very rude. I will never shop here again and I advise everybody else never to go to this place. Learn customer service goes a long way

Got 6 trailers tires mounted, reasonable price, then I was charged 10.95 a piece for high pressure valve stems, the highest price online to purchase yourself was 1.99. So 1000 percent markup, a ripoff don't you think? My last trip to this business.

I needed a front caliber repair or replacement on Tuesday and quality took van in 815am and had it done In an hr or hour & 15 minutes. I will say I'm very happy.

My friend went to get 1 coolant line. I found 2 lines for 56$-111$ and he charged her 1800$ for one line. This guy is not a good mechanic to go too he rips people off. Absolutely unacceptable.
