The BEST, HONEST car repair shop I have ever used for auto repair. Every employee I met was a happy, competent employee who enjoyed their work, where else can you find that at any business? The owner Harold was a delight to meet, he clearly understands the importance of every customer and their specific needs. Judy and Gretchen were so helpful and informative. I would say if you own a Honda element specifically this is the place to go!I started out at Zippys Automotive repair and they wanted $100 just to tell me what was wrong with my car and then they were going to charge me more on top of that if they had to fix it. Over at rising Sun Automotive they quickly discovered that the oil change I had done the day before I had put a cheap filter on and was causing my mechanical problems they fixed the issue quickly by putting on the correct oil filter and charged me only for an oil change. Very fair very intelligent assessment of my vehicle. Couldn’t be more grateful for their service!

Went today based on a recommendation and I was astonished by their knowledge. They went over my entire car for a routine inspection to give their best and honest opinion in everything my currently needs. Their prices are very fair and I highly recommend them for anyone who has foreign car needs. Other than the complete inspection they showed me my outer and inner air filters and I was shocked to find what appeared to be a nest built up inside the cabin filter. I knew something was off when I kept smelling stale air through my vents. I replaced those immediately. My car is by no means new and this is the reason I wanted it done now I have a better idea the needs for my car in the near future so thank you to Gretchen and Howard for your help.
