Don't they take out going mail anymore on a rural route? Flag was up. Nothing else in the box? Hmmm...weird. I would think they would like all the 1st class mail they could get their hands on? Ahhhh
never mind .... no point in trying to correct a problem for a business stuck in the Stone Age.
