“I am a first time pet owner(rescue) and this is our first vet appointment. The first vet I called the woman on the phone was cold, sounded irritated that I had questions, and completely lacked empathy in regards to my concerns of my high anxiety rescue kitty. Then I called Animal Clinic of Chardon(strongly recommended by my sister who is a veterinary assistant at an ICU) and let me tell you the two ladies I spoke with were the kindest, sweetest, reassuring professionals. They are fear free certified and Kim walked me through the process. She gave me recommendations on carriers and some tips as well. My anxiousness about bringing kitty to the vets has went from a 15 to about a 3. I know I haven’t even taken her in yet but I feel this experience deserves a 5 star review! I just have a gut feeling that my Bubbles is going to be in great hands ❤️”

“Came here on a recommendation of a friend of mine whose entire family goes here. Very glad we did. The team takes great care of our three Great Danes( Yes I know they are big dogs. Yes they eat alot. No you cannot use a saddle lol). When we got our Puppy Hera in June of 2022, she had some major neurological issues. Dr McKinney got her in immediately and referred us to a neurologist (Who knew they had dog specialist). Dr McKinney called the next morning personally to check on Hera. After that she lifelong patients with us and any of our pets.”

“We had an appointment on the books for a week after bringing our puppy Zatanna home. Unfortunately, on day 4, Zatanna had a seizure, and we needed emergency help. We brought her in and were seen immediately, which was such a relief for us as new pet parents.The care was gentle, loving, and detailed. Zatanna came home later that afternoon good as new, her usual firecracker self. Dr. Loparo was amazing, I hope we see her everytime, my wife and I both appreciate her expertise and calmness.Pricing was fair, not expensive or inexpensive. The outcome is what mattered to us, Zatanna is good for another 3,000 walks!”

“I was there for a check-up for one of my dogs. Because around the house he was limping. Me I thought it was because of the ice and snow we had outside and he slipped. When I get there for my checkup it seems like his breathing has changed so the doctor goes and checks amount and says something wrong with his shoulder. Then the director goes back and gives him his X-rays then comes back out and tells me the bad news. The issue with my dog limping started almost a week ago. So only one day I had my dog and lost my dog due to bone cancer in the shoulder. Before I go home they gave him a shot that was supposed to help with pain oh my dog did was sleep. I'm guessing the medicine did not work and the pain was just way too much.”

“I started seeing Dr. Bieber on the recommendation of a friend. For the past year and a half I’ve been taking my two cats and 3lb Yorkie to see Dr. Bieber for routine services. She has been great and the staff has been very friendly! Recently I had an emergency with one of my cats. Dr. Bieber was able to get me in swiftly and quickly diagnosed the problem. What I really appreciated about Dr. Beaver is her reasonableness that seems to be characteristic of her practice. Which I highly value in a world where veterinarian services can be so extreme.”
