“I happen to call this morning about an issue my dogs cat was having, they fit her in this afternoon! Bennie was so scared and by the time we were ready to leave she was falling asleep in my arms!! Bennie is a very skittish 3 yr old cat, for the record! We will be back! New to the area, so we hadn't found a vet...until today!!! UPDATE: Bennie is back to herself!!! Literally by the end of day, after first round of antibiotics, she was already bouncing back! I received a card in the mail today, wishing bennie was feeling better! My banner will become the next new patient! Beyond happy!!!!”

“Truly one of the best vets around, when I had taken my cat cinder to a emergency vet for vomiting and being lethargic, they were dead set on me putting cinder down that night. I left that vet with a prednisolone prescription and a number to call when I decided it was time, but the next day I found Tyler Animal Clinic and asked for a second opinion, they got me a appointment same day. The entire staff is incredibly kind and truly cares about both you and your pets. They went above and beyond for my boy to find answers as to what was wrong with him and consistently check in with me on his condition and his wellbeing even months after my initial visit. No other vet has been so caring in my experience and I truly recommend this vet to anyone I can!”

“Just started taking my pets here. Easy to get an appointment. Wonderful staff. Lobby wasn’t loud or crazy. Plenty of room to give your pet space if your kiddo is nervous around other animals. Our vet records are kind of chaotic (my 6 mammals are all on different schedules). The tech Ashlee was great at sorting out who needed what and when. My tri-pod cat Mira is a hugger and basically clung-hugged Ashlee the whole appointment! Dr. Underwood was wonderful! Definitely recommend”
“Upon reading many many of these less than stellar reviews on Dr Mandel's practice, one thing rings true. When it comes to the care of our special loves, the reviews are all five stars. It is obvious, the negative reviews are all written by people concerned about themselves, not those for whom the practice cares and treats. I have known Dr Mandel for nearly a half a century. He doesn't have a nasty or rude bone in his body, and would do anything for anyone. He has been my veterinarian for more than 20 years. If it is not clear by his responses to reviews, good bad or indifferent, that his number one concern is the welfare of his patients not their caretakers, then maybe you should go somewhere else. Everything he does is based on his love of animals. Maybe read his responses again if it's not obvious to you.”

Edit/Update: Dr. Carole is unlike any veterinarian I’ve encountered over the past several decades. I just spent the last 15 minutes speaking with her on the phone, and at no point did I feel rushed or like she was trying to get me off the phone. She took the time to have an in-depth conversation with me about the test results and patiently answered my questions.
In my opinion, Dr. Carole is the epitome of what a true veterinarian should be. She is patient, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive of the decisions I make for my pet. I’m incredibly grateful for the time, care, and understanding she provides”

“Solowitz has been our vet for decades. They are getting a little expensive and I understand it of course. But not sure how much longer I can afford them. Especially since they don't do payment plans anymore. I do get of course people probably screwed them out of money. But no plans isn't fair to us who have always paid them back.”

I’ve been bringing my cat to Dr. Price for the past year while she’s been dealing with a bladder stone, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the care we’ve received. Dr. Price and the entire staff have been nothing but helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Patty at the front desk. She has always been so helpful and patient with us, and I really appreciate everything she’s done.
My cat had her surgery yesterday, and she is already feeling so much better! I’m so grateful that we chose Dr. Price to take care of her. The cost of the surgery was also very reasonable, and the aftercare was explained throughly, which meant so much during such a stressful time.

“My 6 year old Cavachon tore her ACL and I was really worried and didn’t know what to do as far as surgery options or letting her heal on her own. Dr Knapp and her team helped me more than they could imagine. From the front desk helping guide me and being beyond patient when I called with our situation, to scheduling my dog to be seen.
When we saw Dr Knapp she listened to us and made us feel very confident about moving forward with repairing the ACL. You can tell that she absolutely loves what she does and is very confident when it comes to making difficult decisions about our sweet pets.
Surgery went very well and recovery has been easy thanks to her offices guidance when I’ve called with questions and directions that were sent home with us and very easy to follow.
I highly recommend this veterinarian and her team if you want the best care for your pets. ❤”

The staff at Woodland vet is patient and caring for our dog, despite her attitude. They’re very accommodating and thorough with all the procedures she’s had to have and the staff takes the time to walk us through the medical and financial portion of each visit. “The entire staff is friendly and welcoming amd the spaces are all immaculately clean. I felt like we already knew Dr. Culek and her technician Kathy as soon as we met them. I liked their methods as well- using treats and praise, having our dog on a soft rug on the floor instead of a slippery table, etc. They were upfront about pricing and explained all aspects of her care clearly and logically. We have been to many veterinary offices and feel we have found the one to keep.”
