Leroy in the bow shop is awesome answered all the questions and took time to explain everything could not ask for better help. Prices were fair. Only reason hey do not get a 5 star is do to parking it is tight. My wife and I will be back.

Great service! I bought a shotgun here and very happy on how smooth everything went. I’m not 21 yet so there is a delay in getting a gun. Most gun shops in the area told me the delay is anywhere from 6 to 16 business days, Charm Outdoors told me to expect 10 days but I got it in 4 days. Very pleased!!!

Took my bow here and charged me 50$ for labor and it’s still not shooting right, all of my arrows are flying sideways all over the place, the first time I brought it home after 3 weeks of them “fixing it” still doesn’t shoot right. They also told me it would be done in a week. Spent 450$ in total thinking my bow would be ready to go but now I’m scrambling trying to find a place to take it that I can actually trust to get my bow ready for the season.

I had a very positive experience at Charm outdoors .My family drove from Cleveland to pick up my Obsession bow.The bow Technician (leRoy)and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable..I couldn't believe the Quality and selection..I ended up walking out of the with the Best Compound bow. JamAnthony

GREAT PLACE... Workers are vary helpful and prices are great. Vary nice inviting place, its like a small Cabela's has a little bit of everything.
