Somehow packages I sent fromJCP was rerouted from UPS to USPS. The lady whose name I don’t know, was continually rude to my daughter in law the several times she was there to collect. Athens said that the packages had been placed in wrong PO Box. Guess it took her a while to locate them bc when I called lots of excuses and rudeness, but by golly she miraculously had them for my daughter in law to pick up. Drop off dates-6/15-22. Took us until 7/6 to get them to admit they knew they had them and allow her to pick them up. Ridiculously difficult bc someone messed up. Apologize and move on.

Never open the hours it says. The lady is kinda rude about it like she doesnt want to be there. Why have one if its only open 2 hours out if the day?

Horrible office, doesn't stay open for even the limited hours. Why can Chauncey not have a decent post office with delivery if their not going to stay open their full schedule? This is the problem with having one person running the 2 most important offices in town..
