This is by far the worst place to get a car I have had problems with a truck from there since the day I got it told them I want my money back or trade for something different and refused to give my money back or wouldn't even trade for something that don't need work I live in WV it wouldn't pass WV inspection they sent me to a place that just slaps stickers on cars

They try to get you to put a down payment down on a car that you want, then if you agree after you you do their non credit check credit application the can come back and tell you they can't sale you the vehicle you want unless you come up with another $1000, after they done quoted to you what the down payment was supposed to be. That is what happened to me! They told me they needed another $1000 AFTER HE DONE TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED THE DAY BEFORE. SUDDENLY I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE HANDING HIM ANY MONEY. Although He asked i told him "I DoNT WANT ANy other vehicle! In short they lied! So I would not shop ther!!!

These people wouldn’t even take time out of their day to do anything for me and My Husband we had cash in hand and decent credit and they wouldn’t even talk to us!!! We went to JD Byrider and got an amazing car for a great deal and got a good trade-in value for our old vehicle!!!

I purchased a lemon from them I am a single mother and veteran who’s also a widow I tried for months to get it fixed and was left with nothing and including a lost deposit!!! Not to mention I was taking it to get the repairs at the shop they use for all their vehicles and they lied to me a million times dragging me along !!!

Theses people are absolutely amazing! If you are going to buy a car I would definitely recommend this place. I am from Ashland Ky and I took a cab up to 3rd Ave auto sales to buy a car and when I got up there the check engine light was on in the car that I was buying. The owner would not sell me the car due to the fact the engine light was on. I was upset because I had just paid a cab $63 to get up there and the cab also had already left. Due to the inconvenience the owners offered me my cab money back and they also gave me and my husband a ride back to Ashland! He also told me they would call me as soon as they had the car looked at and had whatever it needed fixed. The next morning they called me and said they had the car looked at and the engine light was off now and he had his wife come all the way back to Ashland to pick us up to go get the car! I have NEVER had service like this before. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. They don’t and won’t sell any car with an engine light on or if there is ANY THING AT ALL wrong with it! All there Cars come with a warranty of 24,000 miles or 2 years which ever hits first. They also will work with you in every way if they are able too. You will never find a car lot that has owners like this! They don’t make theses kind of people any more!! So A HUGE thank you to them! I love my car and if your reading this and need a car go here! Thanks again 3rd Ave Auto Sales! I will be coming back when it’s time for another car. You have my business Always! Duane and Kayla!

They're great! They always have different vehicles to choose frm coming in nearly every other day. They won't sell u something tht u can't pay for and they'll work with ya to help ya get a vehicle tht u can afford to pay for!!
