Other repair shops wanted to treat it and cost it like it was the repair of a brand new truck.”

“I needed my check engine light checked the other day.
I was told they didn't have a code reader and that they were also having technical difficulties for several days due to a code reader tripping their systems after plugging it in the last time they did use one.
Normally, I receive good customer service from here, but lately, I've not gotten the same customer service as before.
However, they always have what I need.
I'm not sure if it was just a bad day or if the moral has gone down since my visit before last.
I wish all the Autozoners the very best!

“Advanced in South Point is by far the best store in the tri-state. Sean was amazing!!! He tested our battery for free, AND he got us a new one when the old was bad. To top it all off, they saved us money! My husband is a disabled combat veteran... Sean used the veteran discount to save us around $40! We got the extended warranty this time. Sean was a blessing and a Godsend. He installed our battery in literally minutes. He was polite, and very kind to our son who was with us.
