I called and spoke with Bryson and asked him if they had a portable car jumper because I had a truck in my garage where the battery had died and I couldnt use a typically jumper cable because there wasn’t enough room—- he was so kind as to send over one of his workers (we are two blocks away) and they were here within 5 minutes. I am so blown away and gracious for this excellent customer service. This really makes me want to give them all of my business on my detail products…. What a service!!! I am so thankful❤️. “Nice staff, clean facility. Came here for service the technician was very nice and told me that due to the vehicle being newer it may take longer than usual due to all the new electronics and systems they put in newer vehicles vs older vehicles. There was a TV in the lobby and they give you the remotes so you can watch what you want while you wait, also was able to grab a bite while I waited due to it being so close to restaurants. It took a little bit for the tech to complete the job but I didn’t mind I stayed busy. While waiting for my car I saw customers come in and be completely rude and demand things from the tech I was appalled on how the customers acted toward him, but the tech was professional and kind still. 10/10”

“Back in August we were travelling from KY to NC to drop my son off at college. Our vehicle was jam packed full. The electrical components stopped working / battery went dead. After stopping and getting tests run at two other car parts places in Eastern KY where they said only a charge on the battery was needed, we finally got a good diagnosis of our alternator being bad once the same thing happened again just as we acrossed in to WV. We had to get to NC in the next 24 hours, so Klu recommended someone he knew who could replace it at a moment's notice, and he did and we were back on the road in a few hours. Russell was very helpful as well!
When we were in a tough spot, this was a place where people provided great help and understanding. This is the thing you don't see a ton of anymore, and my wife and son and I were all so appreciative and felt fortunate to have found this place. Our sincere thanks to you all!”
