“Car wash did a great job. My only complaint is that there is a mud hole on the right as you exit car wash. (This is in your South Point, Ohio location} This needs some attention, because when I exit, i must hit the mud hole and get my tires and wheel muddy. Thanks.”

“Quality work and competitive price. The staff are friendly and expedient. I paid $22 for a vacuum, windows cleaned, full truck wash, clean tires and rims and hand dry. If they are busy, the vacuum, window clean and hand dry portions seem a bit rushed and therefore not done properly. But the majority of the time, they do quality work and are very customer oriented. I recommend.”

“This is a 2 bay wash. I like it especially during winter because it uses pressure and not rotating cloths that have picked up winter salt and grime and then rubs it into your paint. It does a good job and drys the car well afterward. I only get the deluxe wash and that seems to be all I need.”

“Paid 8.00 for the automatic wah since I was on a hurry and had my dog who had never been in a car wash and I was afraid he would freak with water blasting the car. After it sprayed the precast all over my car it quit working. I called the phone # listed for problems and got a recording. I then was very frustrated and had to pay another $3.00 to rinse my car. I tried to put a hold on my debit card but it wasn't able to be done. Hopefully the owner will contact me and refund my money. I will post if he does. If I don't post it means you can rely on this car wash. Add: Marcus called me the next day very apologetic. He refunded me the full 8.00 for the was and the 3.00 I had to spend washing the soap off. A very honorable thing to do. Im changing my rating from a 1 to a 5.”
