Place was very dirty. Poison ivy on the ground, my storage unit had an old mattress still in it that I had to drag out. The gate was rickety and only worked about half the time. When I went to get my stuff out the gate was stuck halfway open. It was so dirty. Old stuff and trash everywhere. The unit across from mine was open with trash and junk spilling out everywhere. There were droppings in my unit...rat or mouse...not sure. .On a good note, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I've had nothing but difficulty with this business. My very first trip to "my" storage unit (with a truck full of my belongings to be stored), I found that someone else had put a lock on that unit they assigned to me, so I couldn't get into mine. Of course, calling them is a lost cause because there's no one to help on weekends (or evenings). I've been locked out of my unit because they put a lock on mine and never bothered to take it off. The place is always trashy yet they just raised my monthly rate to "make improvements". I'm not holding my breath.
